Anne T. Bader
Principal Anne Bader is a Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA) with nearly 30 years of experience in both public service and the private commercial sector. Her professional background encompasses all aspects of archaeology and cultural resources management. Her work history includes archaeologist with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District where she was awarded the Planning Excellence Award, and Cultural Resources Program Manager for AMEC Earth and Environmental, Inc. of Louisville. Her experienced-based knowledge of Federal and state regulations enables her to craft innovative and common-sense solutions to assist clients with their planning, engineering, and construction projects. She is particularly knowledgeable of the Ohio River Valley region. Anne is the 2004 recipient of the Indiana Archaeology Award and founder of the Falls of the Ohio Archaeological Society.

Kathryn McGrath
Ms. Kathryn McGrath has studied and worked in North American archaeology for over 14 years. She has contributed to projects in the Midwest, Middle Atlantic, Caribbean, and Southeastern cultural areas. Her Cultural Resources Management experience has included project management, laboratory management, artifact analysis, site excavation, and archival research. Ms. McGrath has handled field tasks ranging from the design of field methodologies for Phase I surveys to final determinations of site significance and the corresponding recommendations for mitigation. She has applied her managerial skills both in the running of field projects and in directing laboratory operations and artifact analysis, with responsibility for personnel, budgets, logistics, and curation. Ms. McGrath's technical expertise has been applied to both prehistoric and historic sites, with particular focus on soil studies and lithic analysis.

Mindi King Wetzel
Ms. Wetzel has worked in the field of archaeology and cultural resource management for over 12 years. Her work has encompassed a broad geographic range in the Eastern U.S., from Pennsylvania to Tennessee. She has served as field technician, Director, and Principal Investigator for Phase I, II, and III archaeological field investigations, has experience in laboratory analysis of both prehistoric and historic artifacts, and has composed numerous reports. She has worked extensively on all Phases of archaeological investigations on prehistoric and historic sites throughout the Ohio River Valley. Her major area of training is in bioarchaeology, focusing on burial excavation, human skeletal analysis to determine sex, age at death, pathology identification, and casket hardware analysis.

Sundea Murphy
Ms. Sundea Murphy has more than twenty years experience in the chemical industry and worked in polymer development for Hoechst Celanese. She has ongoing experience as a technical trainer at UPS Supply Chain Solutions Group. She is technically minded and expert at numerous computer applications. This background equips Sundea with scientific and computer knowledge that make her an invaluable addition to the Corn Island team. Sundea has studied archaeology since her childhood. She joined the Falls of the Ohio Archaeological Society and was elected its second President. She has exhibited leadership and creativity in her contributions to the society. She has selflessly dedicated herself to public education and private research. Sundea has five years of archaeological field and lab experience, and has presented at professional archaeological conferences. She is co-editor of Currents of Change, the Journal of the Falls of the Ohio Archaeological Society.

Anna Maas
Ms. Anna Maas has worked and volunteered in the historic preservation field for over 10 years. As an architectural historian and preservation planner, she has prepared NRHP nominations and HABS/HAER documentation; served as Principal Investigator on cultural-historic investigations; contributed to the development of cultural resource and land use master plans; and provided research and historic contexts for Phase I, II, and III archaeological investigations. Working with GIS specialists, Ms. Maas has extensive experience in developing appropriate viewsheds and areas of potential effect for cultural-historic investigations in consultation with clients, consultants, and government agencies. Formerly with the Virginia SHPO and John Milner Associates, Inc., her field investigations have included numerous resources in urban, suburban, and rural settings, including housing, commercial and institutional buildings, landscapes, farms, cemeteries, dams, bridges, and roads in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and Virginia. Research interests include the history of land use and development and mid-twentieth century architecture.

Perry Harrel
Mr. Harrell has a long and varied history in the field of archaeology, spanning the course of over three decades and the breadth of the United States, from Wyoming to Pennsylvania. He has participated in all levels of archaeological investigations, from Phase I surveys to Phase III mitigations and has served as Field Technician, Surveyor, Instrument Man, Mapping Specialist and Lab Technician, as well as Site Supervisor, Field Director, and Crew Chief. Mr. Harrell has also authored numerous archaeological reports as well as participated in composition of grant proposals for various non-profit organizations and universities.

Christine Pfau
Ms. Christina Pfau holds a B.A. in history and languages. She is experienced in historical and archival research. Because of her interest in the past, she joined the Falls of the Ohio Archaeological Society (FOAS) and was elected Secretary in 2005, a title she still holds. Through FOAS, she has had the opportunity to acquire experience in professional archaeology by participating in numerous volunteer prehistoric and historic excavations, attending training courses, conducting artifact processing, analysis, and data entry. She has served on survey crews. Christina is dedicated to public education and regularly assists in teaching young people about archaeology. Currently, Ms. Pfau is a graduate student at the University of Kentucky where she is working towards her M.A. degree in Historic Preservation. She plans to specialize in Architectural History.

Leigh Bader
Ms. Leigh Bader holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Louisville. She was a recipient of the Hite Scholarship and numerous other awards. Leigh is expert in web site design and development in HTML, CSS, and PHP. She has produced web sites for corporate entities, non-profit groups (including the Falls of the Ohio Archaeological Society), and private individuals. She has produced corporate logos, marketing brochures, and graphic designs for other corporate materials. In addition, she has experience in artifact illustration. Her interests lie in sequential illustration and graphic design, and she publishes an on-line comic series. Through her own company, she designs and manufactures fashions for ball-jointed dolls under the brand name See No Evil.
